a lot of 15 Standard Oil 8x10 promotional star photos. Note that the items in this lot are from the 1940s. Note that this was a special promotional set of stills (each with a facsimile autograph) that was distributed by Standard Oil at gas stations. Each has a nice image of a top Hollywood star of the day on one side, and on the other side it describes how great they are, and also says that their performance is like the performance of their "Iso-Vis" motor oil! We do not provide a list of these photos, but there are images of all of them (there are a few duplicate portraits; see our image).
