Important Added Info: Note that this still features guest star Harry Belafonte. Note that this still is from the first showing of the 3/18/64 episode of "The Ed Sullivan Show". We know that for certain because it has the date printed on the wrap-around snipe. It is very hard to find stills from 1950s or 1960s TV episodes that are absolutely from the first release, and are surely not from a 1960s or 1970s re-broadcast.
