American Fever, the 1978 Claudio Giorgi (billed as "Claudio de Molinis") French/Italian musical disco dancing melodrama starring Mircha Carven, Zora Kerova, Vincenzo Crocitti, Gianni Medici, George Eastman, and Jimmy il Fenomeno. Apparently, this was a low budget movie rushed into production after the huge success of "Saturday Night Fever", and everything about it says "rip-off", including the title and poster image!
