Cahn Our Gang newspaper journalism juvenile comedy short (in this entry, the kids have opened a newspaper, and they want to do a story about the local gang of tough kids, but they face serious reprisals) starring Robert 'Bobby' Blake (billed as "Mickey Gubitosi"), George 'Spanky' McFarland, Billie 'Buckwheat' Thomas, Darryl Hickman, and Juanita Quigley. Note that Spanky had started in Our Gang movies in 1932 at the age of 4, and by this time, ten years later, he was growing very weary of appearing in these movies. He would appear in just a few more Our Gang shorts (some uncredited) before he would retire completely in 1944, at the age of 16, and this was one of his last major starring roles.
