An Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Music Publicity Still (Learn More) Ray Anthony (born Raymond Antonini) is a musician who appeared in some movies (usually as a musician) from the 1950s. Some of his movies include: The Five Pennies, Sun Valley Serenade, and High School Confidential. At one time he was married to Mamie Van Doren. As of 2021, Anthony is still alive at the age of 99! Important Added Info: Note that this publicity still has been personally autographed (signed) by Ray Anthony! Note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall! Note that our consignor has been an autograph collector for many decades! He started when he was a teenager, going to stage shows and other places where he could find celebrities, and he would bring photos for them to sign, and over the years, he has continued this in many different locations, and he has an immense collection of signed items (sometimes he has traded some of his for others, but only when he feels he is surely getting genuine ones!), and he has consigned some of them to this set of auctions!
