Condition: very good. The poster was folded like a U.S. one-sheet and there was tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and fine surface paper loss on parts of the vertical foldline. There were some very tiny tears in the borders and some faint smudges in the yellow background areas. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not at all distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
