In Technicolor!"; "They say she kissed 2000 men!"; "Songs by Allan Roberts and Doris Fisher"; "Magic enchantment that takes you out of this world..."; about the real life goddess Terpsichore coming down to Earth after seeing how she is portrayed in a Broadway musical!) starring Rita Hayworth, Larry Parks, Marc Platt, Roland Culver, James Gleason, Edward Everett Horton, Adele Jergens, George Macready, William Frawley, James Burke, and Virginia Hunter. Note that there is an oddity about the posters for this movie. They have a 1946 NSS number, and yet the movie was not released until August of 1947. Perhaps it was intended for a December 1946 release (to qualify for awards), but when the movie was not ready in time, it ended up getting pushed back until the following August. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this half-sheet, and that was 14 years ago, when it sold for $460! Also note that this poster was never folded and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has creases, small tears, staple holes, and some smudges around the edges. It has a vertical stain near the center of the left small credits. It was once lightly partially folded down the middle, which caused some tiny scuff marks in Hayworth's shoulder. Learn More about condition grades
