The Rains Came, the 1939 Clarence Brown India natural disaster romantic love triangle adventure melodrama (based on the novel by Louis Bromfield; produced by Darryl F. Zanuck) starring Myrna Loy, Tyrone Power Jr., George Brent, Brenda Joyce, Nigel Bruce, Maria Ouspenskaya, Joseph Schildkraut, Mary Nash, Jane Darwell, Marjorie Rambeau, Henry Travers, and H.B. Warner. Note that this movie was remade in 1955 as "The Rains of Ranchipur" starring Lana Turner.

Important Added Info: Note that 20th Century Fox used the original plates to print this reissue poster, only adding "a 20th Century Fox encore hit" at lower left.

Condition: very good. There are minor creases throughout the poster. There are six light vertical creases that run from the top blank border to the bottom blank border throughout the poster. 2" x 3" of the lower left blank border has darkened (slightly extending into the image background). There are two pairs of staple holes in the center of the top blank border. There is a tiny tear in the center of the right blank border and a smudge in the bottom right corner.
