Mayor 'Vikhr' (literally translates to "Major 'Whirlwind'"), the 1968 Evgeniy Tashkov Russian World War II (WWII) adventure melodrama starring Vadim Beroyev (in the title role), Anastasia Voznesenskaya, Viktor Pavlov, Vladislav Strzhelchik, and Yevgeni Burenkov. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
