The Black Widow, the 1947 Spencer Gordon Bennet & Fred C. Brannon arachnid spider science fiction (sci-fi) crime adventure serial ("A Republic Serial in 13 Chapters"; about a group of scientists trying to create atomic rockets who are being killed off one by one by "Sombra", a fortune teller who is also an Asian spy, who kills her victims with black widow spiders) starring Bruce Edwards, Virginia Lindley, Carol Forman (in the title role as Sombra, The Black Widow), Anthony Warde, Ramsay Ames, and I. Stanford Jolley

Condition: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and a couple of tiny dots of paper loss in the middle foldline. There was tiny paper loss in the white background area at top left below the "H" of "CHAPTERS" and some pinholes, creases, and tiny areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well
