There is much staining throughout the poster (it appears that something was brushed on to the front of the poster throughout leaving a white residue). There is writing on the back of the poster that bleeds through to the front at upper right. There is paper loss in the lower left edge and there is some tattering along the foldlines and edges of the poster. It seems likely that whatever was brushed on to the front of the poster could be removed through chemical means during the restoration process and the poster would display nicely.
