U.S. Navy Over There, the 1917 U.S. World War I (WWI) Home Front military recruitment poster encouraging men to join the United States Navy, and featuring Albert Sterner art of a sailor holding a billowing U.S. flag as the figure of Columbia (an early symbol of the United States) holds a sword and points across the sea.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at some crossfolds and some creases, tears, and tiny paper loss on parts of some folds. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
