Important Added Info: Note that this script is the final draft from November 18, 1975 (season 2, episode 22, "Death Certificate") and the screenplay was written by John Meredyth Lucas.

Condition: good to very good. The covers are darkened around the edges and there is paper loss in the top of the front and back covers.
