An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Bandit's Baby, the 1925 James P. Hogan silent cowboy western starring Fred Thomson, Silver King the Horse, Helen Foster, Harry Woods, and Mary Louise Miller. Note that star Fred Thomson was a major silent cowboy star (along with Tom Mix), but he is forgotten today, because he tragically died of tetanus just when sound movies started. Surely there should be a film biography of his life (perhaps Johnny Depp could play the lead role!). Also note that Fred Thomson's horse, Silver King, was very talented! He could count to 100 by tapping his hoof, and he could also identify colors (but these kinds of horse tricks have often been questioned over the years as being accomplished through help from the horse's owner or trainer). But there is no doubt that Silver King's talents contributed to Fred Thomson's success! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned seven lobby cards from this movie, but we have NEVER auctioned this title card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good to very good. There are four paper tape repairs on the back of creases and tiny tears in the borders. There are also some smudges, tiny scuffs, and faint stains scattered around the edges.
