An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) I Married a Woman, the 1958 Hal Kanter romantic comedy ("What happens to the mouse when the cheesecake bites back?"; "'I Married a Woman' [and they're the best kind!]"; an attempt to star the number one English sex symbol Diana Dors in a Marilyn Monroe-like sex comedy opposite henpecked husband George Gobel) starring George Gobel ("in the happy story of a guy who has but one aim in life..."), Diana Dors ("as his favorite target..."), Adolphe Menjou, Jessie Royce Landis, Nita Talbot, William Redfield, Steve Dunne, and John Wayne (in an unbilled cameo role as himself!). Condition: good. There is very light rippling scattered throughout the poster, and it has some spotty, slight discoloration at lower left and bottom (see our image). There are some pinholes around the edges. This is the kind of poster that responds really well to restoration. It is likely that much or most of the slight discoloration can be removed chemically, and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
