An Autographed 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] REPRODUCTION Still (Learn More) Butterfly McQueen (born Thelma McQueen) was a black African American actress from the 1930s to the 1980s. Some of her movies include: Gone With the Wind (as the house servant, Prissy; where she had the memorable line, "I don't know nothin' 'bout birthin' babies"), A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Brown Sugar. She passed away in 1995 at the age of 84. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Butterfly McQueen! She added her character name "Prissy". The back of the REPRODUCTION has a sticker from the "GWTW MUSEUM" that is dated 1981 (not pictured). Our consignor purchased this signed item from a major auction house, but they did not provide him with a certificate of authenticity.
