An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (1/2sh; measures 22" x 28" [56 x 71 cm]) (Learn More) Three Secrets, the 1950 Robert Wise unwed mother child-placed-for-adoption-only-to-have-regrets melodrama ("There's a house like this in every town... Hiding the pasts girls don't want their men to know!"; "The story of three girls whose pasts hid the same mis-step that sealed their reputation"; "Her secret was the mistake that young love had brought!"; "Her secret was born of a kiss that was loveless!"; "Her secret was kept with vengeance and sealed lips!"; "Warner Bros. now tell the story everyone will be telling everyone else about!"; "Their story is the one story girls don't want their men to know!"; "Don't judge these girls until you know their 'Three Secrets'"; "Written by Martin Rackin and Gina Kaus") starring Eleanor Parker ("The girl of 'CAGED'"; "Secret Sublime! Susan, a nice kid who might live next door... Her head was so high in the clouds, it was too easy to sweep her off her feet..."), Patricia Neal ("The girl of 'BREAKING POINT'"; "Secret Scandalous! Phyllis, trapped by her own glamor... She practically wrote the book on me... then found her man didn't fit any chapter!"), Ruth Roman ("The girl of 'COLT .45'"; "Secret sinister! Ann, tempted by the easy money... The showgirl men talked about in whistles...and then in back-alley slander!"), Frank Lovejoy, and Leif Erickson NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been folded! Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: good. There is slight discoloration scattered in some areas of the poster from exposure to moisture (mores around the edges and at lower right.) There are a few tears of varying lengths at lower right that have been repaired with tape from the back. There are a few pieces of tape on the back of some edges (not put there for any restoration purpose). Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid. Learn More about condition grades
