An Original Vintage Unfolded Czech Stage Play Poster (measures 27" x 39" [69 x 99 cm]) (Learn More)

Carmen, the circa 1960s Czech opera musical stage play production (of Georges Bizet's opera) that was held at the Ballet of the National Theatre in Prague, Czechoslovakia, and featuring art of a ballet dancer's shoes with a red lightning bolt. Note that the poster has a 1947 date at lower left but we believe this most likely refers to the date the company that printed the poster was founded and not when the stage play was performed. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good to very good. There is a vertical crease at upper center and there are minor creases scattered throughout the poster.
