Note that there is an unusual element to this movie, which is that Elia Kazan had Warner Bros. buy the rights to this classic novel, and then he essentially junked around 90% of it, focusing on a small section of the book! You can see signs of the restoration from a distance. This is a poster that would greatly benefit from additional professional restoration. See below for this poster's pre-restoration condition (we are the only major auction company we know of that shares this information with our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). good to very good. The poster had creases, smudges, and tears along the foldlines and small paper loss at each crossfold. There was damage in the image of the woman at upper right (above the image of Julie Harris). The person who restored the poster did a fairly good job, but the restoration is evident when looking at the poster close up. Learn More about condition grades
