Robin Hood of the Pecos, the 1941 Joseph Kane Texas post-Civil War singing cowboy western ("Original story by Hal Long"; about an area of Texas where martial law is declared, and they oust the legally elected sheriff, so he must fight the bad guys undercover) starring Roy Rogers, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Marjorie Reynolds, Cy Kendall, Leigh Whipper, Sally Payne (as Belle Starr), Eddie Acuff, and Trigger (Roy's horse)

Condition: good to very good. The poster had a dime-sized area of paper loss next to the top crossfold and similar sized paper loss at the middle crossfold. There were creases, tears, and small areas of paper loss down the vertical foldline and a very few in the horizontal foldlines. There were many creases, smudges, tears, stains, and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did not do virtually any restoration to the blank border defects (likely assuming the borders would not show after the poster was framed).
