An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) Jean-Pierre Aumont was a French actor from the 1930s to the 1990s. Some of his movies include: La Nuit Americaine, Jefferson in Paris, Lili, Castle Keep, Devil at 4 O'Clock, and Hotel du Nord. Note that when World War II broke out, he left France for the United States, because he was Jewish, and he made movies for MGM, but after filming "The Cross of Lorraine" in 1943, he returned to Europe and joined the Free French Forces. He passed away in 2001 at the age of 90. Important Added Info: Note that this portrait still is from the movie "The Enemy General". Condition: good. This vintage movie publicity still is in lesser condition (what most collectors might call "good"). It has real defects typical of poorly stored photographs that are ten to eighty years old. Note that our small image of the item on this auction page leads to a really HUGE image of this item, so please look at that larger image, as it will certainly greatly help you know exactly what condition this item is in! Many vintage stills pick up "scuff" marks over the years and it is likely that this item has some of them, and they may not be all that apparent from our larger image. Please do not bid on this still unless you can accept the clear defects that it has! Learn More about condition grades
