Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some tears and paper loss scattered down the vertical fold and in the right half of the top horizontal fold, with a lesser amount of wear on the other folds. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but at some point after it was backed, it acquired water staining in the left of the top border that is in the excess linen and also in the top of the top blank border (see our image).
