The Great Society/The Grass Roots/Big Brother & the Holding Company/Quicksilver Messenger Service, the 1966 rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) music poster ("Family Dog presents") promoting a concert featuring The Great Society (right before Gracie Slick left to join Jefferson Airplane!), The Grass Roots, Big Brother and the Holding Company (four months before Janis Joplin joined), and Quicksilver Messenger Service which took place at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, California on February 26th. Note that this poster features wild art by Chet Helms & Wes Wilson!
