He is perhaps best remembered for his marriage to Audrey Hepburn. Some of his movies include: Green Mansions, War and Peace, and Lili. He passed away in 2008 at the age of 90. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Mel Ferrer! Also note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm]. The consignor of this autographed item (and a large number of other signed items in this auction) is a longtime autograph collector who does not have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for this item, but he feels certain it is genuine. Many of the items he has consigned were purchased from an autograph store that was going out of business when the owner retired, and many of the items he has consigned to this set of auctions come from this purchase.
