The man in black is waiting..."; "It's the second motion picture of its kind! It won't be the last!"; "The man with no name is back! The man in black is waiting... A walking arsenal - he uncoils, strikes and kills!") starring Clint Eastwood (as Monco), Lee Van Cleef (as Col. Mortimer), Gian Maria Volonte, Mara Krupp (billed as "Mara Krup"), Luigi Pistilli, Klaus Kinski (as Juan Wild, the Hunchback), Joseph Egger (billed as "Josef Egger"), Panos Papadopulos, Benito Steffanelli, Roberto Camardiel, Aldo Sambrell, Luis Rodriguez, and Mario Brega. Note that this movie was released in December of 1965 (no doubt to qualify for awards), but most of the Italian posters from the first release are dated 1966. The poster has patches of discoloration and rippling along portions of the right edge (see our image). There is light fold and border wear and some light creases and tiny pinholes around the edges. There is small paper loss in the upper left blank corner. There is some tiny surface paper loss at lower right due to the water staining. This is the kind of poster that responds really well to restoration. It is likely that much or most of the discoloration mentioned above can be removed chemically, and after proper restoration (most of the poster is in pretty nice condition other than the staining) the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
