Gardner Sullivan"; about the owner of a gambling saloon who is approached by a woman new to town who lost her family crossing the desert, and he offers to make her a dance hall girl, but instead, she becomes the cook's assistant, and gradually, he falls in love with her, and comes to realize the error of his ways, and he becomes a good man and wins her love) starring William S. Hart (in the title role as 'Selfish' Yates), Jane Novak, Ernest Butterworth, Bert Sprotte, Harry Dunkinson, Thelma Salter, and Buck Jones (in his sixth movie role; uncredited, as a member of the posse!) She wrote a nice inscription to the longtime collector and friend she inscribed it to. Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer, but he does not have a "certificate of authenticity", but we are certain it is authentic.
