An Original Vintage Folded Circus Poster (measures 28" x 42" [71 x 107 cm]) (Learn More)

Bud Anderson Circus, the 1938 circus poster which was originally created for Hagenbeck Wallace in 1938. Hagenbeck Wallace closed in 1938, and this poster was used for the Bud Anderson Circus in the 1940s, and the "Bud Anderson Circus" title was printed over "Hagenbeck Wallace". Note that the poster features Frank Hoban artwork of various animals and performers.

Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good. The poster has tiny fold edge separation and some of those areas are backed with conservation tape. There is light fold and border wear. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well!
