Date Sold 10/27/2009 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 8 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (11x14; LCs; measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) tom thumb (they released the movie with the title in all small letters, no doubt as a joke on the fact that their title character was so small!), the 1958 George Pal English/U.S. musical fantasy adventure ("The Wonderful Musical Adventure"; "He's only 5 1/2 inches high but he's terrific!"; "He's tiny but terrific!"; "...it's colorsome!"; "Based on a Story from the Pen of the Brothers Grimm"; "Songs by Peggy Lee") starring Russ Tamblyn (in the title role, as "Tom Thumb"), Alan Young, Terry-Thomas, Peter Sellers, Jessie Matthews, June Thorburn (as the Forest Queen), Bernard Miles, Ian Wallace, Peter Butterworth, "and the Puppetoons, with the voice of Stan Freberg" NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. All of the cards have smudges and scuffs around the edges. There are a few tears in some borders and a few creases and scuffs in some of the images.
