An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 28" x 41") (Learn More) Moon Over Harlem, the 1939 Edgar G. Ulmer New York City black African American romantic love triangle crime gangster musical melodrama (a truly wild story of a New York gangster who successfully marries a rich widow for her money, but her daughter is a singer, and he can't resist her, and he rapes her, and then blames it on her, and the mother sides with him and disowns her daughter!) starring Bud Harris, Cora Green, Izinetta Wilcox, Carl Gough, Daphne Fray, "and an All-Colored Cast". Note that there are "low budget" movies, and then there is THIS movie! Director Edgar Ulmer, who made some all-black movies when he couldn't get work with standard movies, filmed this in just four days! He used leftover 16mm film that was unused at the end of filming other projects, and he combined them together into this, the only 16mm movie he created! Movie paper of any kind from this movie is beyond rare, and it is unclear how much distribution this movie received. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that there is a 1" x 3" piece of masking tape on the back of the top crossfold that has bled through to the front. Also note that this one-sheet measures 28" x 41".
