Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster was placed on to a very thin linen backing shortly after being printed (and someone also trimmed 1/4" from the bottom blank border, and only blank white paper was affected). The purpose was to reinforce the poster, so that it would survive, when it was passed from theater to theater, and when it was put up on walls and taken down. It has a censor stamp in the top left corner and extra creases along the folds and some creases and scuffs scattered throughout the poster. This poster could be professionally removed from the original linen and placed onto a new linen backing, or it could be displayed as is. Learn More about condition grades
