An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card #8 (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Alfred Hitchcock's Dial M For Murder, the classic 1954 Alfred Hitchcock 3-D (3D; 3-Dimension) romantic love triangle crime murder mystery detective suspense thriller ("...is that you, darling?"; "Written by Frederick Knott who wrote the International Stage Success"; "If a woman answers... hang on for dear life!"; "Is this the man she was waiting for... or the man who was waiting for her?"; "Perfect 3 Dimension in the Hitchcock manner!") starring Ray Milland, Grace Kelly, Robert Cummings (Bob Cummings), John Williams, and Anthony Dawson. Note that, although this movie was filmed in 3-D, none of the original posters mention it at all (there is an explanation in the pressbook that because they know many theaters will not show it in 3-D, "the ads have been designed so that the 3D copy may be eliminated" [and obviously, this is why they did not put 3-D on the posters]). NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. There are some faint fine horizontal scuffs in the middle of the left of the card (they extend into Cummings' jacket, but not Kelly's face). There is one below her face that extends from his jacket into her dress and a shorter one below that that is solely in the dress. There are some tiny pinholes around the edges and a very tiny tear in the middle of the right border, with small stains in two blank corners. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
