Who will dare?"; the second of the Universal Frankenstein movies, and the only example I am aware of where a sequel is clearly superior to the original movie!; this is James Whale's masterpiece, and almost everyone agrees it is among the finest movies ever made, regardless of genre) starring Boris Karloff (as the Frankenstein monster), Colin Clive (as Dr. Henry Frankenstein), Valerie Hobson (as the bride of Dr. Frankenstein), Elsa Lanchester (in the title role as the bride of the Frankenstein monster, and also as Mary Shelley!), Una O'Connor, Ernest Thesiger (as Dr. Pretorius), E.E. Clive, O.P. Heggie, John Carradine, Dwight Frye (as Karl), Gavin Gordon, and Neil Fitzgerald NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this program is AUSTRIAN, not German. We have been told by a German expert that this movie played in Austria in 1935, but did not play in Germany at all until 1948. Also note that we have provided an image of all the pages of this 8-page program (we did this by opening it and laying it flat and photographing the front and back cover together, and the interior six pages together). This way, you see the entire program, and can well determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image. But of course this means that the front cover appears in the top center of our image, but normally, the program would be folded down the center and you would view the cover by itself (and it will be sent folded as was originally intended). Condition: very good to fine. The program has some extremely tiny tears in the right edge of page 3/4, and a faint diagonal crease in the upper left of the front cover.
