Important Added Info: Note that this is the deluxe edition of this book, which has an elaborate hardcover binding, and it comes in an elaborate slipcase with its original printed mailing carton. The book has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Norman Mailer AND Lawrence Schiller! Our consignor's brother obtained this in person at an autograph signing Mr. Mailer and Mr. Schiller conducted, and he gifted this book to our consignor, who has given it to us to auction. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the autographs are authentic. Note: We have 13 images of this book, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 13 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 3. Condition: very good. The slipcase has a small image of Marilyn attached to the bottom right corner, and there is damage to that image (see our image). The book itself is in excellent condition!
