Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have pictured the front and back covers and an interior 2-page spread from this program. Condition: good. The program was once in a bound volume and there is tiny paper loss in several places in the spine, where it was once attached to the bound volume.
