An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Out West, the 1947 Edward Bernds cowboy western slapstick comedy short ("The Stooges are shooting up the West ...it's their hilarious best!"; "A Columbia Short-Subject Presentation"; the Stooges rescue their friend, the legendary Arizona Kid, from bad guys) starring The Three Stooges (Shemp Howard, Larry Fine, and Moe Howard), Christine McIntyre, Norman Willis (billed as "Jack Norman"), and Jock Mahoney (billed as "Jacques O'Mahoney"; as The Arizona Kid) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases and tiny bits of paper loss between the top and bottom crossfolds. It had paper loss in the blank corners, caused by rough removal of the pins, and some staple holes and stains around the edges, with pinholes and scuffs scattered in the image and a 6" tear below the word "West" in the title. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
