An Original Vintage Movie Script (measures 8 1/2" x 11" [22 x 28 cm], 94 pages) (Learn More) Here Come the Girls, the 1953 Claude Binyon romantic musical comedy (about an entertainer who accidentally gets involved with an escaped killer) starring Bob Hope, Tony Martin, Arlene Dahl, Rosemary Clooney, Millard Mitchell, William Demarest, Fred Clark, Robert Strauss, The Most Beautiful Show Girls in the World, and Steve Calvert (in an uncredited role as the man in the gorilla suit). Note that in 1948, Steve Calvert bought Ray 'Crash' Corrigan's gorilla costume, which Corrigan had been using in movies since at least 1932. He appeared in 12 movies between 1948 and 1958 as a gorilla wearing Corrigan's costume! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this script is from October 3, 1952 and the screenplay was written by Ed Hartmann and Hal Kanter. Condition: good to very good. The script was put into a stiff binder by the collector who owned it, and he put information about the script on the front of the binder. The first interior page had a form that was signed by the person receiving the script and it had perforations in the bottom one-third of that page, and that form has been removed from that page (which is as intended, and is typical with such scripts). This was the way the studio kept track of who had these scripts! Learn More about condition grades
