Important Added Info: The poster was placed on to a very thin linen backing shortly after being printed. The purpose was to reinforce the poster, so that it would survive, when it was passed from theater to theater, and when it was put up on walls and taken down. Such posters can be professionally removed from the original linen and placed on to a proper linen backing. I have done this to several such posters, and they end up looking wonderful! Condition: good to very good. A tiny amount has been unevenly trimmed from some edges of the poster. There is a diagonal crease at upper right in the stars' images. There is some scuffing and staining in the lower left corner and there are tiny indentations scattered throughout the poster. The poster was backed onto a very thin linen at one time, but is starting to lift from that linen. Surely a talented restorer could remove the old linen and reback the poster, and it would display nicely! Learn More about condition grades
