Boy Meets Girl, the 1938 Lloyd Bacon Hollywood screenwriter movie-making romantic screwball comedy ("The season's laugh treat!"; "Stage play produced by George Abbott"; about a pair of Hollywood screenwriters who are assigned to write a screenplay for the studio's top cowboy star, whose career has been going downhill lately) starring James Cagney, Pat O'Brien, Marie Wilson, Ralph Bellamy, Frank McHugh, Dick Foran, and Ronald Reagan. Note that this was one of those "inside" Hollywood movies that get made from time to time. The screenwriters are obviously based on Hecht and McArthur, and the studio president is based on Darryl Zanuck!

Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this title card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. The card has darkened, typical of Warner Bros. linen lobby cards of this period. There was paper loss in the bottom right corner and someone taped a piece of another card to that area. There is a tiny tear in the upper right blank border that was repaired with tape from the back, and there are a few other minor defects in the blank borders. There is a piece of tape on the back of the center of the top border, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose. Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition.
