Also note that the writer is not credited on this but that the movie credits Ben Hecht. Also note that the script has "PART I" on the cover page, but the script includes all of the movie, so we think it is likely that originally only part of the script was distributed, and then when the rest was finished, the scripts were opened up (they are attached with three clips on the spine), and the rest of the script was likely added at that time (but you can't see any sign of the pages being added, if that in fact is what happened). Condition: good. Some of the pages in the last 20 pages of the script have brown water stains scattered in the right half (it looks like someone spilled coffee on that part of the script while it lay open), but the stains do not prevent you from reading what is there, and the pages are not stuck together.
