Charlie Ruggles was an actor from the 1910s to the 1960s. Some of his movies include: Ruggles of Red Gap, Trouble in Paradise, Madame Butterfly, Alice in Wonderland, and Son of Flubber. He passed away in 1970 at the age of 84.
