Scotty Wiseman was an actor and folk singer (of legendary mountain songs) in the 1930s to the 1940s and is best known for his work in Sing, Neighbor, Sing, Swing your Partner, Hi, Neighbor, and Country Fair. He passed away in 1981 at the age of 71.
