Condition: very good. There is 1/4" to 1/2" of separation at each crossfold. There are minor creases in the blank borders and foldlines. There is minor staining in the upper right blank border. There is also a tape stain in the lower right of the image in the blank white area. There are two pinholes in each corner. There is a 1/2" tear in the top right corner with a piece of white tape over it.
