An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Cesar Romero was an actor (born in New York City, but both his parents were from Cuba) from the 1930s to the 1990s. He was never a top star, but he worked in movies and TV for many decades, and he always gave a good performance. He is probably best remembered for playing The Joker in the 1960s "Batman" television series. Some of his movies include: The Thin Man, The Good Fairy, Tales of Manhattan, Vera Cruz, and The Devil Is a Woman. Romero passed away in 1994 at the age of 86. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that it WAS printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us! So it is an original still from , but it was printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
