An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Back Pay, the 1922 Frank Borzage silent World War I (WWI) romantic love triangle melodrama (based on the novel "By Fannie Hurst"; "Scenario by Frances Marion"; the age old story, which was surely old even in 1922, about a young woman who leaves her decent boyfriend to go to the big city, where she finds a rich man, but then her boyfriend returns injured from World War I, and she has to choose between them) starring Seena Owen, Matt Moore, J. Barney Sherry, Ethel Duray, and Charles Craig NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: very good to fine.
