Important Added Info: Note that (as verified in the pressbook) the distributors of the movie sent an "are here!" snipe along with the one-sheet posters so that theaters could paste it over the "are coming!" tagline at the top of the one-sheet once they began playing the movie. However, with this very rare 40x60 (which I have only seen once before), they actually printed the "are here!" as part of the poster image (surely because they did not think anyone would put it up in advance of the movie's playing, and I guess they wanted the 40x60 to look just like the sniped one-sheet!).

Condition: very good to fine. The poster has survived in far better condition than the vast majority of 40x60s of this period (see our image).
