An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Zane Grey's Western Union, the 1941 Fritz Lang historical cowboy western (based on the novel by Zane Grey; about the early days of the legendary telegraph company, and specifically their connecting Omaha and Salt Lake City with telegraph wires, and the great difficulties they encounter in doing so) starring Robert Young, Randolph Scott, Dean Jagger, Virginia Gilmore, John Carradine, Slim Summerville, Chill Wills, and Barton MacLane (as Jack Slade). Note that legendary director Fritz Lang was certainly not known for westerns, but he had had success directing The Return of Frank James the year before this, and this was his second western (and years later, he would do one more, Rancho Notorious)! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Robert Young! Condition: good to very good. Someone neatly stenciled the name of the movie over the lower center of the still. Depending on how you look at it, this is either a defect or a cool addition to the still!
