An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

James A. Fitzpatrick's Traveltalk, the 1941 James A. Fitzpatrick travel documentary short series stock poster ("The voice of the globe"). This stock poster could have the title of the short being shown overprinted in the middle of the poster and stamped on the back.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have only auctioned two examples in all our years of auctioning and the last time was 16 years ago, but those two examples had a different overprinted title than this and this is the first time we have auctioned one with the title "Yosemite the Great"!

Condition: fair to good. The poster has substantial rippling and discoloration through the center of the poster (see our image). It has tiny creases, tears, and bits of paper loss along portions of the vertical foldline and small paper loss at the top crossfold. It is otherwise "mostly all there" and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
