While the Patient Slept, the 1935 Ray Enright hospital medical nurse detective crime murder mystery comedy ("Meet the famous female sleuth of a million mystery readers"; "Murder in the bedroom!"; based on the novel by Mignon Eberhardt; about a middle-aged nurse who is attending to a rich man, and a murder occurs, and she greatly helps the police solve the crime) starring Aline MacMahon, Guy Kibbee, Lyle Talbot, Patricia Ellis, and Allen Jenkins. Note that this was one of a series of novels starring a crime-solving nurse. Warner Bros. made other movies with the same character, and in one of them, they "de-aged" her so that sexy Ann Sheridan could play the part!
