A Vintage Hardcover Theater Exhibitor Book (measures 8" x 11 1/4" [20 x 29 cm]; 115 pages) (Learn More) Pathe Club 1927 Yearbook, the 1927 exhibitor book from Pathe studios, featuring images and information on Pathe studios, actors, producers, and related products. This is not exactly an exhibitor book, but we are not sure exactly what it is! It is built around the concept of the "Pathe Club", but we were unable to determine exactly what that was (either by reading through the book or by searching the Internet). It appears to be a special hardcover book celebrating the success of Pathe's many years of producing movies, and it includes many articles about the history of Pathe, and it is filled with ads from top stars and companies of the day, sending their congratulations to Pathe. Of special interest are great full-page single color stills of top pathe stars that measure 7 3/4" x 11", and they include great portraits of stars like Harry Langdon, Charley Chase, Mabel Normand, Harold Lloyd, Grantland Rice, the Our Gang kids, Hal Roach, a Mack Sennett Bathing Beauty, and Mack Sennett himself, Gene Tunney (the heavyweight boxing champion, Will Rogers, plus many others). Important Added Info: Note: We have 15 images of the book, but due to a space limitation, only TEN of the 15 images are displayed above. However, there is a "supersize" link to the right of those images that lets you see the other 5. Note that we have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads. Condition: good to very good. There is wear at the spine and around the edges of the covers. The interior pages are in pretty nice condition, but the spine of the book is slightly separating when you open the interior pages (but none are loose). Learn More about condition grades
