An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36") (Learn More) James Oliver Curwood's Yukon Manhunt, the 1951 Frank McDonald canine dog Canadian Royal Mounted Police Mountie action adventure thriller ("Based on a story by James Oliver Curwood") starring Kirby Grant, Gail Davis, Margaret Field, Rand Brooks, Nelson Leigh, and "Chinook The Wonder Dog". Note that Chinook the Wonder Dog was a white dog that looked like a cross between a Siberian Husky and a German Shepherd, and he appeared in ten movies between 1949 and 1954, all set in the Yukon. We were unable to find out why Chinook's career ended so suddenly, but perhaps he had substance abuse problems or some other problem!
